Company History

ROLEC is a medium-sized company which employs 90 people.
The family-owned company was founded by Friedhelm Rose and his son Matthias in 1987. In 1989 the team was completed by his daughter Betty Rose.

In 1970 our founder, Mr Friedhelm Rose developed an ingenious concept for simple but practical enclosures made of aluminium and plastic. He established the basis for the enclosure industry, which reproduced million-fold copies of these enclosures, setting a new standard.

At the electronica 2008 and 2010 trade fair we presented once again another revolutionary enclosures concept: aluCLIC, aluDISC and aluPLUS

The world of industrial electronics has experienced rapid development since then. ROLEC continues to develop the modern industrial enclosures concept to meet the requirements of our customers and the industry. ROLEC is recognised in the industry as leaders in innovation. We offer the largest and most versatile range of aluminium and plastic enclosures - worldwide.
