The entire world is facing a gigantic challenge of the Corona-Virus-CoV-2. So we are at ROLEC.
In these uncertain times, we would like to explain what we have done to ensure that we can keep our level of technical support as well as to continue to manufacture our products.
We follow of course all federal and state guidelines in order to protect our employees.
All business trips have been postponed and our outside sales representatives are no longer going out on exhibitions and customer visits. However, they can be contacted by phone or e-mail.
We gave all of our employees comprehensive recommendations on personal behavior, such as no handshaking or hugging. They were also advised to wash their hands and disinfect them on a regular base. A large proportion of our administrative staff are working currently from home. They can be contacted through the known phone number and via e-mail. With this step we have greatly reduced the number of employees per office.
In addition we have adjusted the workingstations so that we can guarantee a distance of at least 2 meters in between. We have delayed the start of each shift in all areas of our production in order to ensure that the employees of the respective shift don’t meet each other.
We have stocked a high amount of raw materials and up to now we don’t have any problems to optain new raw materials. At the moment we assume that there will be no issues with our delivery performance moving forward.
With all precautions taken, the health of our employees is most important to us.
